Assistant Ecommerce Manager

About the Role:

  • Craft and implement innovative strategies for both our own and third-party marketplaces, including Shopee and Lazada.
  • Oversee comprehensive operations, from dynamic product listings and engaging content creation to meticulous inventory management and exploration of new channels, all aimed at elevating sales and enhancing brand visibility.
  • Design and execute impactful campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and affiliate partnerships. Dive into traffic analytics and user behavior to optimize conversion rates and maximize ROI on advertising budgets.
  • Transform website UX, customer journeys, and post-purchase support into seamless experiences.
  • Regularly review customer feedback to identify and implement improvements for continuous enhancement.
  • Monitor essential KPIs, including sales, conversion rates, and customer retention. Utilize advanced analytics tools to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.

About the Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3 years of hands-on expertise in e-commerce and digital marketing, especially in fashion and accessories.
  • Proven success in managing e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  • Familiarity with the e-commerce landscape and consumer behavior in Hong Kong and the broader APAC region.
  • A data-driven mindset with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, capable of independently managing multiple projects.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
