Assistant Corporate Communication Manager (MNC, up to 35k)

Our client is an industry leader in the power tools and appliances industry. With a strong global presence, they are now seeking a talented Assistant Corporate Communications Manager to join their vibrant team.

  • HK listed MNC company
  • 4+ years of experience in Investor Relations
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive communications plans that align with brand identity and business objectives.
  • Oversee the preparation of annual reports and ESG reports, as well as coordinating the planning and execution of events related to AGMs (Annual General Meetings) and result announcements.
  • Craft compelling corporate messages and narratives for social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter, to increase brand visibility and engage with our online community.
  • Take ownership of cross-functional communication projects, managing timelines, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful execution.
  • Support internal communications efforts, including drafting communications materials, newsletters, and internal announcements.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as requested.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with 5+ years of working experience preferably in PR or the financial industry
  • Excellent command of both Chinese and English
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications and Chinese word processing software.
  • Skilled in copywriting, translation, and event management.
  • Presentable with strong communication skills
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Senior Corporate Communication Executive position
  • Immediately Available is Highly Preferred
