(Assistant) Compliance Manager, Asset Management

Our client is a well-established investment management group with a strong presence within the APAC region. With their continuous expansion in their asset management business, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a high-calibre regulatory compliance candidate to join their business.

Reporting to the Team Head, you will be a key member of the compliance team to work on monitoring regulatory changes and reviews, and to help revise different documents in accordance with relevant internal and external regulations and internal guidelines. You will be assisting on both private and public fund set-ups. You will handle regulatory monitoring and reporting, along with licensing matters. You will also collaborate with different departments to ensure that different procedures and products are aligned with different compliance and investment rules and regulations.

To qualify, candidates must possess:

• Bachelor's degree or above in related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years' experience in investment management compliance or within a regulatory body
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent command in spoken and written Chinese and English
