Assistant C&B Manager

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the HR Business Partner team to lead budgeting for staff expenses, salary reviews, bonus distribution, and reward programs such as share option plans
  • Ensure smooth implementation of global HR initiatives
  • Manage international benefits and incentive schemes
  • Act as custodian of in-house HR systems and related applications, ensuring efficient operation, optimization, and alignment with organizational objectives
  • Drive system enhancements to improve functionality and support global HR teams effectively
  • Support global HR in understanding and applying international compensation frameworks while ensuring compliance with local standards
  • Conduct market analysis to assess competitiveness of pay structures
  • Design expatriate packages that enable success for global talent
  • Address tax-related complexities in cross-border assignments
  • Administer executive compensation arrangements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in regional HR coordination, ideally with a focus on compensation and benefits
  • Skilled in HR systems management and improvement projects
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Senior Officer role
