(Assistant) Brand Manager(FMCG, up to 45K)

Job description

Our client is a world-leading FMCG company with a strong presence in the industry. They are currently looking for a Brand Manager who will play a crucial role in supporting marketing initiatives to lead the brand growth.

· 5+ years of experience in FMCG industry
· 13-month Salary + Discretionary Bonus

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing objectives and strategies across different channels - online and offline
  • Exercise budgetary control to optimize marketing performance
  • Coordinates with internal and external parties for new product development and launch
  • Work closely with agencies to develop advertising campaigns
  • Conduct market research and analysis with agencies to identify the latest market trends and opportunities.
  • Establish proactive strategies and initiatives in response to market trends, consumer insights, and competitor performance.
  • Performs ad-hoc duties as assigned

  • University graduates preferably in Business Administration or related discipline
  • 4+ years of marketing experience preferably in FMCG
  • Experience in leading multi-functional projects or new product development
  • Mature and presentable
  • Data sensitive and strong analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent command of both Chinese and English
