Assistant Brand Manager | FMCG (13-month Salary + Discretionary Bonus)

Our esteemed client is an established FMCG company with a global presence. They are currently searching for skilled individuals to join their team as an Assistant Brand Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for executing diverse marketing strategies to drive the growth of the brand.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to brand performance, market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to evaluate brand performance - sales data analysis, market share analysis, and brand equity measurement.
  • Organizing and maintaining databases of brand-related data - sales figures, market research data, and consumer demographics.
  • Enhancing ROI - By creating and executing comprehensive online and offline marketing and promotional campaigns
  • Maintaining close collaboration with the sales team to ensure the seamless execution of marketing activities.
  • Exercising budgetary control to optimize brand expenditures and maximize budget efficiency.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • 3 - 5 years working experience in the FMCG industry experience preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree preferable in Marketing or Business or related
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Self-motivation with passion to take initiative in exceeding business, team and individual.
  • Professional command in both English and Chinese
