Assistant Admin Manager | Purchasing Dept

Job description

Responsibilites:

  • Handle departmental administration to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage procurement documentation and assist with ISO and AEO compliance.
  • Support best practices implementation within the department.

Requiremnets:

  • Higher Diploma or above in administration, purchasing, or related disciplines.
  • 8+ years of experience in material control, procurement, and administrative management in manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14000, and AEO standards.
  • Proven experience in managing supplier contracts and using various procurement systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese.
  • Willingness to be stationed in Shenzhen is an advantage.
