Assistant Accounting Manager (Up to HK$40k)

Our client is a leading ship management company with business over the globe. They are currently looking for a Assistant Account Manager to join their Group's finance team.


Job responsibilities:

• Report to Financial Controller and lead a small team of two
• Supervise the day-to-day activities of a subordinate team and review their work
• Take charge of managing complete sets of accounts for multiple companies and take the lead in preparing annual forecasts/budgets for each company
• Conduct various analyses requested by management and the Group'saccounting teamCoordinate and communicate with external auditors for statutory audits
• Responsible for tax returns and statutory accounts
• Develop and implement effective internal controls and procedures for all legal entities
• Ad hoc tasks assigned by senior management.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance / Accounting / Business Administration
• CPA qualified is a must requirement
• Previously work experiences in Chinese or Hong Kong companies
• SAP or Oracle work experiences is preferred but not a must
• Self-motivated, problem solving skills and able to work independently
• Speaks fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
