Assistant Accounting Manager (up to HK$37k)

About the company:

Our client is a well-established and highly reputable company in the technology sector, they work closely with fintech and cryptocurrency firms. To cope with their expansion plan and to strengthen their business, they are currently looking for a Assistant Accounting Manager to join them.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full set of accounts, daily accounting operations, month-end closing, and bank transactions
• Prepare management accounts, financial statements, budgets and forecasts
• Conduct month-end reconciliations and ensure compliance with tax reporting and regulatory requirements
• Responsible for financial planning and analysis, annual budget and cash flow forecast
• Work closely with HR Manage to ensure efficient office operations
• Manage monthly payroll, MPF, final payments and tax return filings
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to maintain strong internal controls
• Coordinate with external vendors on annual audits and regulatory filings
• Ad hoc projects required by senior management

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelor degree holder in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines
• A minimum of 3 years' Accounting experiences
• Able to work independently and detail-minded
• Experience in MYOB is a plus
• Good command in English and Cantonese

Job offers:

• 9am-6pm Monday to Friday
• Convenience work location, close to mtr station
