Assistant Accounting Manager

The company

Our client is a French retail company. They are looking for an assistant accounting manager to supervise daily accounting operation and handle reporting and budgeting duties. This role will lead a team of 4 staff.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and supervise daily accounting operations
  • Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policy and procedure
  • Handle monthly end closing
  • Liaise with bank and handle all bank issue
  • Assist in audit related matters
  • Assist in preparing annual budget, periodical forecast
  • Assist in Ad hoc projects

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Accounting/ Finance or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP
  • Detail oriented, with can-do attitude
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin
