Assistant Accountant (up to HK$23k)

Our client is a leading shipping company with business over the globe. To cope with their expansion plan and to strengthen their business, they are currently looking for a Assistant Accountant to join their global finance team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
• Prepare and process invoice and payment transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year experiences in accounting field.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
