Assistant Accountant (HKD20k, no OT, MNC)

Our client is a well-established and fast-growing company, which has strong presence within Asia. To facilitate their company growth, they are looking for a Assistant Accountant to join their Finance team.

You will be responsible for:

• Responsible for daily accounting operations, issue invoice and process payment
• Prepare staff expenses reimbursement, pretty cash, etc.
• Conduct payment process and prepare bank reconciliation Liaise with vendors and/or relevant departments regarding payment and expense claim
• Assist in month-end closing and prepare relevant schedules
• Prepare bank reconciliations
• Support in accounting and other ad hoc assignments

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting and Finance or any related disciplines
• At least 1 year of accounting work experiences
• Willing to learn, good team player, attention to details and good communications
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
