Assist Admin Manager , Central, $24K

Job description


  • Oversee overall office administration and HR to ensure smooth operation of the office ( MPF, HR tax, medical)
  • Manage and supervise administrative staff, including the receptionist, trainee and cleaning lady for general office and administrative duties
  • Support the management team with administrative tasks as needed
  • Provide other clerical support (e.g formatting of a document, document printing, etc)
  • Oversee Info email account as a backup


  • University graduate with a minimum of 5 years of work experience
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Work under pressure, highly flexible but well organized
  • Excellent computer literacy, including MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • A team player with a positive attitude
