Our client is an international banking group in the region. Due to its continuous plans for growth, my client is looking for an individual to join one of their teams in supporting different projects and initiatives for the Bank as Asia BA/PM (non-IT) on a fixed-term contract of 12-months.

Reporting to the Function head, you will be involved in different business initiatives in terms if performing operational process and system analysis, define operating models for any Change proposals across all functions in the Bank. You will be responsible for communicating and simplifying business requirements whilst managing different stakeholders in the business. You must be confident in delivering both technical and business process improvement as and when appropriate.
To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelor degree with project certification (PMP, Six Sigma, etc) ideal
• 10-15 years hands-on experience on managing complex projects across multiple business lines and domains for a sizeable international bank within global markets
• Excellent knowledge in Equities products with Asia Pacific regional exposure. Additional fixed income knowledge desirable
• Strong communication skills in English a must (native / fluent level)
• Must already be based in Hong Kong
