AR Accountant (MNC, up to HK$32k)

Our client is an international telecommunication company with business across the globe, they are currently looking for an AR Accountant to join their AR team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate databases and AR Aging Reports for customers and vendors across multiple regions.
• Monitor customer collections and manage carrier settlements to ensure timely cash flow.
• Prepare monthly AR Reports
• Prepare accounting entries for customer receipts and handle inter-company settlements.
• Assess collection risks and propose provisions for bad debts as needed.
• Collaborate with sales and other functions to enhance customer engagement and streamline processes.
• Responsible for the accounting accuracy and completeness as well as control requirements
• Ad hoc tasks and reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
• At least 2 years experiences in Accounts Receivable or Debt Collection
• Strong attention to detail, organisational and communication skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
