System Analyst (40-50k)

Job Responsibilities

• Arrange UAT & Production releases and deployment
• Provide daily support operations and carry out project delivery
• Provide production support in different area such as analysis issues from helpdesk & project team, data patching, replicate production incident and provide related information to project team etc.
• Perform system health check and monitor batch jobs
• Generate different kind of system reports to management and helpdesk team
• Work with vendor to follow up Pentest & Vulnerable test, server upgrade etc.
• Raise & follow up different kind of service request tickets such as user account creation, folder access right etc.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• Experience in technical support with at least 3 years of solid experience in performing JBoss/Tomcat and Apache administration and support
• Familiarity with server certificate renewal
• Preferable for knowledge in areas such as PL/SQL programming, XML, JSON, API, Control-M
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good Interpersonal skill
• Fluent in written and spoken English
