Application Support (Post-Trade/ Back Office)- 40-50k

Responsibilities:

• Work with user departments for requirement gathering on BAU enhancement or project work
• Provide first or second line application support to user groups include Operations, Compliance, Finance, Risk Management and Middle Office teams
• Liaise with infrastructure, development teams and vendors to implement permanent fix of production problems
• Deploy new releases to production environment
• Provide application support for weekend changes and public holidays
• Communicate regularly with business users on technology events
• Manage small support projects such as vendor application roll out

Requirements:

• University graduate with minimum 5 years working experience in investment banking environment
• Previous experience in supporting production systems is a must
• Experience in supporting back office settlement system. SunSystems Accounting, Reconciliation is an advantage
