Application/ Production Support (Banking/ Financial)- 50-60k

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support the Oracle ODBX system, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.

• Oversee incident management processes, including the identification, analysis, and resolution of production issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical support for application enhancements.
• Monitor system performance and conduct root cause analysis for incidents, providing detailed reports on each incident, including what occurred and when.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, incident reports, and support procedures.
• Provide training and support to junior team members and stakeholders on incident management practices.
• Assist in implementing best practices for incident management and production support within the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience in production support management, with a focus on incident support.
• Basic knowledge and skills in Spring Boot, Java, HTML, and CSS.
• Solid understanding of banking processes and financial systems; overall banking experience is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and stakeholders.
