AM/ Manager, Product Propositions, Insurance
Job description
Our client is a global insurance company with multiple line of products. With their continuous expansion in their bancassurance business, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a product management professional to join their expanding team.
Report to the team head, you will be an experienced member in the product managaement team in formulating and implementing product propositions strategies to support bancassurance product penetrations. You will drive the discussion on product development and enhancement to meet the bank partners' customers' needs. You will keep abreast of latest market trend, analyse customers' behaviour, key financial drivers and competitors'' strategy to sustain a continuous product growth and maintain competiveness in the market. You will coordinate with bank partners and internal department, including Operation in streamlining processes, Marketing and Distribution Channel to drive business growth and Risk and Compliance in ensuring adherence of relevant policies and guidelines.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- Bachelor degree or above in related discipline
- Minimum 7 years' experience in product development/ product management/ customer value management gained in insurance or bancassurance business
- Strong knowledge of life insurance product
- Strong analytical, interpersonal skills and communications skill
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Less experienced candidates will be considered as AM
