AM, Project/Data Management, Retail Banking

Our client is a leading banking group with diversified business in Retail, Corporate, and Private Banking. With their continuing expansion in their retail banking business, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a high-caliber project management professional to join their credit card business.

Reporting to the Team Head, you will help provide support and MIS on the projects in relation to the credit card/unsecured lending team, including different segments and loyalty programs. You will help with data management, such as generating sales tracking reports and marketing campaign fulfillment. You will participate in business project planning, preparing project proposals, along with defining user requirements for product designs and UAT testing. You will also liaise with different business stakeholders, including but not limited to IT, Marketing, External Vendors, etc.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelor's degree or above in related discipline
• Minimum 2 years' experience in project management, business analysis, or analytics in the banking industry
• Knowledge in SQL/Microsoft Access & Excel, along with credit card/ unsecured lending systems will be an advantage
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Excellent command in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and/or Mandarin
