A sell-side financial institution is hiring a AI Developer with expertise in Python for developing and implementing Large Language Models (LLMs) for applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of machine learning concepts, natural language processing, and experience working with financial data.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy LLMs using Python for various applications in the financial sector.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement machine learning algorithms and models to analyze financial data and improve decision-making processes.
• Optimize and fine-tune existing models to enhance performance and accuracy.
• Conduct research and stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI and machine learning.
• Document processes, methodologies, and findings to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to data privacy and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI development, specifically with Python.
• Strong experience with LLMs and natural language processing techniques.
• Familiarity with financial data and applications within the financial industry.
• Proficiency in machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, in Chinese and English.
