Agency Compensation Lead, Insurance

Key Responsibilities

• Manager sales compensation and policy oversight
• Track compensation relative to sales and distribution metrics, offering insights on productivity and business quality across various channels.
• Identify areas for improvement and spearhead enhancement initiatives.
• Perform market research and analysis to propose new strategic directions and initiatives.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in compensation management, with a focus on the insurance sector
• Fluent in English, Manadarin and Cantonese
