Associate Consultant, Contracting
- Provide full spectrum of office administrative supports, including but not limited to office supplies management, office expense billing, courier service arrangement etc.
- Handle business travel arrangement, including air ticket and accommodation booking, visa application etc.
- Provide update and accurate information to members
- Assist in organise events e.g. seminar, workshop, social gathering for the members;
- University Degree in Business Administration or or related disciplines
- Min 2 years relevant working experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
- Willing to learn, positive service attitude and result-oriented
- Good communications and interpersonal skills and be a good team player
- Strong sense of discipline, good time management, detail-minded
- Can work under pressure, be high-efficient, independent and self-motivated
