Job description

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to the various needs of company employees and ensure proper handling of their requests;
  • Provide full spectrum of office administrative supports, including but not limited to office supplies management.
  • Manage meeting schedule and meeting room facilities.
  • Arrange meeting rooms according to the needs, communicate with related associates about the arrangement.

Requirements

  • Degree holder
  • At least 2 years of related office administration experience.
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team plater with good attitude
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint
