Accounts Officer

Job description

Job Duties

  • Maintain accounting records for shipowning companies, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and asset management
  • Record financial data for investment companies as needed
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit processes
  • Input all financial information into the accounting system
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of entries in the accounting software
  • Follow established procedures for all accounting entries
  • Prepare financial and management reports for assigned entities

Requirements

  • Prior internship or experience with similar functions preferred
  • Excellent English
