Accounts Officer

Job Duties

Maintain accounting records for shipowning companies, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and asset management
Record financial data for investment companies as needed
Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit processes
Input all financial information into the accounting system
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of entries in the accounting software
Follow established procedures for all accounting entries
Prepare financial and management reports for assigned entities
