Accounting Officer (AR)

The company

Our client is an international logistic compnay provide worldwide delivery solution. They are looking for an Accounting Officer to join their regional finance team.



Responsibilities

  • Handle billing and account receivable functions
  • Assist in intercompany billing, account schedules and reconciliation
  • Assist in performing reports and month end closing
  • Support the team in preparing budgets, forecasts, and management reports
  • Liaise with overseas staff in accounting operational issues
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the company



Requirements

  • Higer Diploma in Accounting or related disciplines
  • Minimum 0-2 years of in-house accounting experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
  • Good command in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
