Accounting Officer (AP focus, HKD 19K-23K)

The company

Our client offers complete range of business aviation service, including aircraft management, carter, and maintenance. They are looking for accounting officer to join their finance AP team.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily accounting support, including prepare client's invoices, credit notes, cheques, payment and receipts, journal voucher and general ledger
• Ensure timely processing of payments and claims and manage bank & cash operations
• Resolve disputed invoices via collaboration with external parties and internal teams
• Follow up the overdue accounts
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing & reporting

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Accounting or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience in commercial firm
• Knowledge in SAP is preferable
• Good communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
