Accounting Officer (20k, 20 days AL)

About Our Client:

Our client is a MNC with over 20 offices across the globe, they are currently adding a new headcount Accounting Officer to their HK finance team.

Report to Assistant Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Assist in daily operational accounting duties (incluging AR and AP)
  • Perform bank reconciliation and account reconciliation during month-end
  • Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow forecast
  • Prepare monthly financial reports including profit & loss statement and balance sheet reconciliation and ensure proper record of financial data
  • Assist in tax planning, internal control and statutory reporting
  • Ad hoc projects required by management

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting and Finance or any related disciplines
  • At least 1 year of accounting work experience
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Attention to details, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
