Accounting Officer

Our client is a global business seeking a talented individual specialized in accounts receivable functions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer payments and collections
• Monitor and support daily operations of accounts receivable and finance functions
• Handle petty cash, expense claims, and payment transactions
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted
• Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status
• Conduct credit checks on new and potential customers
• Resolve billing issues and disputes with customers
• Assist with ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related finance discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable
• Experience working in a multinational corporation (MNC) is required
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and meet deadlines
