Accounting Manager - Retail | MNC

Our client is an international retail company and they are now seeking a dynamic and driven Accounting Manager to join their team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the GL, Fixed Assets, and Lease modules balance sheet reconciliations.
• Work with internal stakeholders and ensure month-end close process adhere to strict deadlines
• Examine intercompany invoices and reports, ensuring accuracy in rebilling and account reconciliations.
• Work with stakeholders overseas
• Manage external auditors and handle audit-related activities.
• Lead and coach a small accounting team.
• System and operational enhancement and ad hoc projects.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• HKICPA or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• MNC and retail experience with strong exposure to accounting.
• Prior leadership experience yet willing to be hands on.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task execution.
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to work cross functional stakeholders.
• Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is required.
