Accounting Manager

Our client is a Japanese semiconductor trading company. They are hiring an Accounting Manager/ Assistant Accounting Manager and this role will lead a team of 4.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and monitor daily accounting operation
• Prepare monthly financial and management reports
• Ensure financial statements comply with J-Sox and regulatory requirements
• Perform budget, forecast and manage cashflow
• Review AR status and liaise with internal and external parties on customers related matters
• Responsible in bank reconciliations, prepare balance sheet schedule
• Handle process improvement and system implementation
• Liaise with external auditors on audit matters
• Perform ad-hoc assignment

Requirement

• Degree holders in account or finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Accounting field, experience in Japanese Company is a plus
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
• Sox experience is required
• Independent, strong communication and analytical skills
• Proactive and a good team player
