Accounting Assistant (Fresh Grad Welcome, up to 20K)

The Company

Our client is one of the largest container terminal operator in Hong Kong, which headquater in HK and sets up joint-venture in container terminals in China. They are looking for Accounting Assistant to join their Billing & AR management team.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure billing of service provide to customers are complete, accurate and timely
  • Responsible for customers' enquiries and requests in timely manner
  • Manage the accounts receivable portfolio, debt collection and payment processing
  • Assist in month end closing and reporting
  • support ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements

  • degree holder in Accounting or related discipline
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in accounting field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and experience in ERP system is preferred
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good team player and able to work independently
