Accountant / Senior Accountant ( Listed Company)

The Company

Our client is a leading property developer in China and listed in Singapore with offices located in Hong Kong, Singapore and major cities in China. They ar looking for Accountant to join our Finance Team.

Responsibilities

• Preparing GAAP adjustments for consolidation purpose
• Analyzing monthly and quarterly reports for subsidiaries located in Hong Kong, Singapore, and PRC
• Assisting group consolidation, announcement Singapore Stock Exchange, preparing annual report
• Liaise with external auditors for annual audit process
• Assisting in annual budgeting and cash flow forecast process
• Handling ad-hoc projects assigned by company

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting or relative disciplines
• Qualified member in professional accounting bodies
• Minimum 4 years working experience in auditing and accounting
• Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Exposure in PRC accounting and tax regulations is an advantage
