Accountant/ Assistant Accountant

Our Client is a top tier luxury retail company. They are hiring an accountant.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily account operation are in control and comply to group and company policy and procedures
• Monitor AR/ boutique sale collection by collaborating with Brand Retail and dedicated SAP IT Specialists
• Review boutique closing reports by verifying bank deposits, performing credit card reconciliation and refunds
• Coordinate with retail team on inventory management, eg consignment inventory confirmation process
• Responsible for external and interna group reporting & management reporting
• Perform reconciliaition on gift voucher, merchandise credits, and customer deposit accounts
• Review and monitor control of retail and Ecommerce business
• Liaise with auditor in annual and external audit
• Participate in process improvement projects and ad-hoc Finance projects

Requirements:

• Degree holder in finance, accounting or relevant discipline
• Good communication skill and able to managing multiple reporting units
• Responsible, independent, proactive and able to under pressure with tight deadlines
• CPA qualification and strong audit experience is a plus
• Experienced in SAP ERP platform is a plus
• Candidate with less experience will be consider as Senior Accountant
