Accountant (luxury retail)

Responsibilities:

• Support daily and monthly closing processes ensuring that daily work and financial transactions
• Responsible for accounts receivable and payable function
• Ensure that the appropriate accounts are reconciled on monthly basis
• Participate in the statutory audit and annual audit
• Daily checking and posting of sale invoices, checking receipt settlement and reconciliation of data at store level.
• Work closely with the operation team, all subsidiaries and all SSC teams to ensure the correctness of data
• Support ad hoc assignments

Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree in accounting or finance related discipline
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience in retail / FMCG / wholesale industry
• Proficient in MS Office, exposure in D365 is preferred
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Efficient, independent and with good communication skill
