Accountant (International law firm)

About Our Client:

Our client is an international law firm with over offices across the globe, they are currently looking for an Accountantto join their Hong Kong finance team.

Job Descriptions:

• Perform daily accounting duties and month-end / year-end closing
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and inter-firm transactions
• Responsible for reconciliation of intercompany transactions and balances
• Assist in statutory audit and taxation exercises
• Prepare bills and reports according to the Firm's policies and procedures
• Monitor cash flow, cash reporting and maintenance of office bank account
• Liaise with bankers, auditors and tax representative
• Handle ad hoc duties as required

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting and Finance or any related disciplines
• At least 3 year of working experience in MNCs
• Work experiences in law firm or professional services firm will be a plus not a must
• Knowledge in China accounting and tax is a plus
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Willing to learn, good team player, attention to details and good communications
