Accountant

The Company

Our client is an innovative electronic products manufacturer with different sub-contracting factories in Northern and Southern China. They are looking for a senior accountant to support the full set of trading business account in HK. This role requires to work independently in HK and will report to an overseas Finance Controller.

Responsibility

• Perform daily accounting functions and maintain proper accounting records
• Handle full set of accounts, Includes all AR, AP and GL books
• Review payment schedules and perform bank reconciliation
• Handle intercompany transaction and chase for payment overdue
• Prepare month-end closing and balance sheet schedules
• Liaise with auditor
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or above in accounting discipline
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, trading industry preferred
• Independent, detail-minded, well-organized and able to meet tight deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Familiar with accounting software, hands-on experience is a must.
