  • Handle full set of accounts for the management company, including GL, AR/AP, month‑end closing, and financial reporting.
  • Prepare management accounts, cashflow reports, budgets, and variance analyses for internal stakeholders.
  • Manage daily payment processing, expense claims, vendor invoices, and bank reconciliations.
  • Support audit, tax filings, regulatory reporting, and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and banks.
  • Maintain proper documentation, internal controls, accounting schedules, and compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in ad‑hoc finance duties, system improvements, and operational support for investment and management teams.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; professional qualifications (e.g., HKICPA / ACCA / CPA Australia) are an advantage.
  • Solid knowledge of full‑set accounting, month‑end closing, and financial reporting standards (HKFRS / IFRS).
  • Strong proficiency with accounting systems (e.g., Xero, NetSuite, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Hands-on experience in payment processing, bank reconciliations, expenses handling, and vendor management.
  • Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and able to work independently in a lean team environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external service providers.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and responsibility when handling financial information.
