The Company

Our client is a market leading Japanese food trading firm. They are the biggest Japanese food supplier to restaurant and supermarket in HK market. They are looking for an Accountant responsible for full set of account and month-end closing. This position will directly report to the managing director.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily accounting operation, and full set of account
  • Handle month end closing, prepare reporting package to Japan headquarters
  • Work closely with sale teams on AR and credit control matters
  • Prepare yearly budget and quarter and monthly forecast
  • Prepare cashflow forecast and handle bank-related duties
  • Handle audit matters and stock take
  • Prepare staff payrolls, MPF preparation, and tax return
  • Assist in ad hoc project as requested

Requirements

  • Dipolma or degree in Accounting & Finance or related subject
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experiences in accounting
  • Good command in both written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Independent, reliable, proactive and act as a good team player
