Accountant

Our client

The company has over half a century presenting their luxury jewel business over the globe. They have more than 50 point of sales all over the world. They are now hiring an Accountant to take care of the PRC business account. The accountant requires to handle full set of account and prepare financial reports. This role will report to the Reginal Finance Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Handle full sets of accounts and prepare monthly financial statements and reports for our legal entities and stores in designated countries.
• Maintain accounts payable function by reviewing and processing payments to vendors and staff.
• Handle tax, legal, insurance and internal controls matters for designated markets.
• Handle treasury functions and manage cash flow planning in the region.
• Assist in ad hoc projects as required by Regional Finance Manager and CFO - Asia.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or relevant discipline
• Qualified with ACCA / HKICPA / AICPA
• At least 5 years' experience in accounting field of retail business
• Proficient in MS Office/Excel with hands-on experience in SAP
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Independent and able to work in fast changing environment and tight deadlines
