Accountant

The Company

Our client is a local enterprise has diversified business portfolio. They are trading premium food ingredient in the Hong Kong market, besides they also operates a bakery store. They are looking for an accountant to handle full set of account for their retail shop and food trading business. This position will report to a finance manager.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily accounting operation, includes AR, AP
• Handle month end closing, prepare reporting package
• Collect financial data from consignment parties and perform variance analysis
• Prepare balance sheet and ensure GL items are entered correctly
• Ensure inventory record has been booked correctly
• Liaise with auditor and prepare audit schedule
• Assist in ad hoc project as requested

Requirements

• Dipolma or degree in Accounting & Finance or related subject
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experiences in accounting
• Good command in both written and spoken English & Chinese
• Detail-oriented, independent, proactive and about to meet tight deadline
