Accountant

The Company

Our client is a well-known French brand for baby and toddler products. They are looking for an accountant to perform full set of accounting duties. This role will directly report to Senior accountant and take care of account business in HK and China.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting duties, e.g payment preparation and bank reconciliations
• Perform full set of accounts, including AP, AR & GL. Prepare financial statements and management reporting, variance analysis and schedules
• Liaise with both internal and external parties to handle regular and ad-hoc assignments
• Co-ordinate and assist the team to ensure smooth operations
• Assist on the report development and automation

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Account, Finance or other related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Chinese input
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Independent, proactive and strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, and able to handle multi-tasking
• Experience with ERP systems is a must
• Immediate availability is highly preferable
