Job description

Our client is a global insurance company with a strong presence within the APAC region. With their continuous expansion in their Hong Kong business, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a high-caliber customer engagement/experience professional to join their insurance wellness app team.

Reporting to the Team Head, you will be a key member of the team on driving member engagement on wellness app. You would be working on channel management and app campaigns to help push the acquisition of the wellness app. You will be staying up to market trends and different metrics to identify improvements and upgrading the features along with driving retention rates. You will also be working with other internal and external stakeholders including Product Management, Marketing, along with Agency to monitor end-to-end and to streamline processes, along with making sure that everything complies with internal and external regulations.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in digital member engagement, preferably in the insurance or aviation industry
  • Experience with a Wellness App will be an advantage
  • Strong analytical, presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
