VP Talent Acquisition

Our client is a well established Investment Bank with European HQ and Hong Kong as one of their regional hubs. A rare opportunity has arisen for a VP Talent Acquisition to join their Hong Kong office.

Reporting to the Head of TA, this is an individual contributor role whilst working seamlessly with the regional TA team. You will have oversight of the local TA strategy, providing support and advisory to front office departments. This role will focus on Early Careers recruitment , where you will set and devise the appropriate programmes; lead the employer branding initiatives and build long term relationships with local universities and campuses. You will also design assessment processes, enabling effective talent sourcing and channels.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Degree holder in HR Management or Business Administration
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experiences gained in Financial Services multinationals
• At least 5 years in TA and/or Campus Recruitment roles
• Strong network with local universities
• Excellent stakeholder management skills on regional basis
• Superb communicator with fluent English and Chinese, Japanese will be a definite advantage
