UXUI Designer - Research-focused - MNC

Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and competitor analysis, to gather actionable insights.
Translate research findings into personas, user journeys, and wireframes that inform design decisions.
Design high-quality UI/UX prototypes and collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation.
Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product lifecycle.
Continuously monitor and analyze user feedback to improve product usability and experience.

Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) for clear documentation and stakeholder engagement.
Proven experience in UI/UX design and user research methodologies.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and familiarity with prototyping and usability testing tools.
Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable design recommendations.
Industry experience in retail, financial services, or consultancy is highly desirable.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
