UX Researcher - Investment Banking - Hong Kong

Our client is a global leading bank, they are looking for a high-calibre UX Researcher to join their fast-growing team.

Responsibility:

- You will discover and define unmet needs of customers to drive better customer acquisition and engagement

- You will conduct qualitative/quantitative user research, organizing usability testing sessions, customer interviews and design surveys
- You will continuously capture insights from customer feedback, experiments, research, and data analysis to improve the customer journey
- You will design, prototype and set up usability tests for digital features and services
- You will assist in analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to identify insights, develop actionable recommendations to address business questions
- You will present findings and visualize data to stakeholders
- You will keep abreast of new developments in consumer insights research and behavioral techniques

Requirements:

- 3+ years' experience in UX research, with prior exposure to UX and digital design
- User research methods knowledge such as usability testing, user interviews, focus groups, A/B testing
- Able to make informed UX decisions by making use of research data
- Knowledge of design and prototyping tools to rapidly generate, visualize and iterate ideas and solutions
- Experience in the end-to-end journey of a project, from discovery to delivery
- Familiar with Agile methodology

- Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese
