UX Lead, top Insurance, 70k

Job duties

• Initiate design process, from concept development, UI design, prototype to production with guidance from peers and colleagues.
• Design user-focused wireframes, hi-fidelity mockups, interaction models, specifications, style guides and prototypes that illustrate a deep understanding of the users needs and business requirements.
• Use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, mocks to communicate interaction and design ideas
• Present designs to a group and conduct design validation exercises for feedback to improve design and overall client experience.
• Validate design concepts through sketches and rapid prototyping techniques
• Run and facilitate user research or workshops.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in UX & UI
• Understanding of user experience, information architecture, interaction design and visual design.
• Proficiency with tools: Sketch, InVision, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and other design/ prototyping tools.
• Good knowledge of human-centered design methodologies (re: design thinking)
• A keen eye for design and on top of current UI design, layout frameworks, illustration, and visualization techniques and trends.
• Proficiency with tools: Sketch, InVision, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and other design/ prototyping tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
