Job description


  • End to end ownership of Customer Experience initiative supporting key business programs
  • Participate, facilitate and deliver research delivery on user groups such as Advisors or Clients to drive better insights for design execution
  • Use wireframes, prototypes, service design blue prints, mocks to communicate interaction and design ideas
  • Leverage data /insights to inform business requirements and use cases for CX initiatives and to support local change management / adoption as platform solutions come onboard


  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience driving creative strategy and execution for digital products
  • Proficiency with tools: Figma, Sketch, InVision, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and other design/ prototyping tools.
  • Ability to visualize the problem in sketches, illustrations or conceptual diagrams
  • Ability to translate research findings into actionable insights that tangibly show business value
  • Ability to find insights, patterns, trends and commonalities on research findings and data
  • Ability to leverage insights and data as part of a decision-making or recommendation process
