UX designer, Insurance, 40 - 50K

Job duties

• Collaborate with peer designers, product managers, engineers, business stakeholders and other teams to deliver end-to-end UX and VD experiences.
• Initiate design process, from concept development, UI & VD design, prototype to production with guidance from peers and colleagues.
• Design user-focused wireframes, hi-fidelity mockups, interaction models, specifications, style guides and prototypes that illustrate a deep understanding of the user's needs and business requirements.
• Use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, mocks to communicate one's interaction and design ideas
• Present one's designs to a group and conduct design validation exercises for feedback to improve the design and overall client experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a user experience designer, professional experience in advertising, design, interaction designer, Web/graphic design or similar roles.
• Diploma graduate or above in graphic design or related disciplines such as Industrial Design, Communication Arts, Information Design, human-computer interaction (HCI).
• A portfolio demonstrating a clean visual aesthetic and a strong eye for detail.
• Good command in English and interpersonal skills. Cantonese and/or Mandarin-speaking skill is a plus.
