UIUX designer (UI Focused) - MNC

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design of intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces by gathering and interpreting requirements, constraints, and user expectations.
  • Independently deliver high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes using Figma, ensuring alignment with brand and usability standards.
  • Collaborate with Design Research and Content Design teams to translate insights into impactful visual solutions across the full design lifecycle.
  • Create user-facing documentation and visual assets, such as UI guides and onboarding materials, to support platform adoption.
  • Review and enhance UI designs from business units, offering actionable feedback to elevate visual quality and consistency.
  • Respond to design briefs with creative, user-centered solutions that meet business objectives and enhance user experience.
  • Provide design critiques and mentorship to peers, ensuring all UI outputs meet Group-level design standards and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Design, Interaction Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2-8 years of experience in UI/visual design, with a strong portfolio showcasing interface design work.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, including component systems, prototyping, and design tokens.
  • Strong visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for layout, typography, color, and interaction design.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple UI design projects simultaneously.
  • Immediate availability is a plus.
